Description

 

HiSEP high flowrate filter bag is a new generation of patented bag developed by LIVIC. Its gabarite is same as the traditional size 2 bag. But it has doubled filter area, which delivers doubled flowrate and dirty holding capacity. HiSEP filter bag can not only reduce replacement frequency but also reduce machine halt, replacement costs and reduce liquid waste resulted in by bag replacement. With HiSEP filter bag, even a small filter has high flowrate, which reduces the investment costs observably. With the special bag positioner, one bag replacement is done in 20 seconds. This filter bag works with the specially designed HiSEP bag support basket of heavy duty. Optional filter media is PP, PE, NM, PX and EX.

[Depth Filtration] Filtration layer consists of crossing fine fibers by kind of froming rules, is good at removing small solid particles and some soft impurites. It observably clarifies the liquid and is a kind of disposable filtration media. The depth space has stronger dirty holding capacity. It applies to liquid filtration of normal and low viscosity at high filtration ratings.

[Mesh Surface Filtration] Filter layer consists of smooth rigid mesh weaved by monofilament and the surface mesh is usually

square hole type. It is good to remove larger solid particles. Particle larger than mesh size will be blocked and particles smaller than mesh size pass easily. The mesh surface filtration has the screening function at set. The filter cake on the mesh surface is easy to strip and clean and the mesh filter media can be reused for several times after cleaning.
